Cost Controller

Description

• Graduated S-1 (Bachelor Degree).
• Minimum 3-5 Years Experiences of cost controlling.
• Excellent in MS Excel.
• Experience of development of cost control for project.
• Prepare all Project Control activities related to cost controlling including cost report.
• Prepare the relevant back up for cost control (timesheet, expenses, vendor progress etc.)
• Prepare cash flow and back up for cost control and forecast.
• Monitor and control progress of work in term of physical progress, manhour, schedule of work related to project cost, controlling and forecasting.
• Analysis of progress with the PC Manager/Lead through running trend forecasts, planning alternatives and running simulations (what-if analysis) accordance form of cost control.
